Stelos is broncolor’s latest flagship portable monolight, delivering 800 joules of flash energy and legendary light quality.

It runs on battery power with simultaneous charging via USB-C, using a standard or included 140W charger. The intuitive interface features just two buttons, a rotary controller, and a customisable LCD display. Stelos supports all broncolor RFS 2/3 transmitters, the bronControl app (WiFi built-in), and bronAPI. A solid bayonet mount handles even the largest light shapers. Features include adjustable flash colour temperature, powerful LED modeling light (colour adjustable), HSS, and user-driven upgrades like 90° tilt and compact size. When the team from Switzerland asked me to test the new broncolor Stelos, I knew I wanted to take it to the streets of Berlin. I teamed up with the charismatic jazz musician David Hermlin, and together with my team we set out to see what this light could really do.
